Campsite regulations
We welcome you to Càmping Nàutic L’Ametlla de Mar and wish you a very pleasant stay. To ensure a good coexistence, please check the rules and regulations of the campsite.
We appreciate your respect for the rest of other campers, our staff and the facilities in general. We are at your disposal to try to solve any doubt.
Check in - check out
Bungalows and mobile homes
Check-in from 16 h. Check-out before 10 h. The bungalow must be left tidy and organised.
Pitches
Check-in from 13 h.
Check-out before 12 h.
*In case of late check-out, the reception reserves the right to charge an extra day’s stay.
Registration / identification
All persons entering our campsite must register beforehand at reception. It is compulsory to wear the identification bracelet inside the campsite in order to guarantee access control and use of the facilities.
Minors under 18 years of age will not be admitted unless accompanied by a person of legal age who is expressly responsible for the conduct of the minor.
Visits
Visits are permitted with prior registration and payment.
Overnight stays for accompanying persons are possible (subject to prior registration) when the number of visitors and guests already staying does not exceed the maximum capacity allowed for the booked accommodation.
Parking of the visitor’s vehicle: In a car park at the entrance of the campsite. The price per day is established according to the current rates.
Access to the campsite for the visitor: Must be accompanied by the client staying at the campsite.
Barbecues
For safety reasons, it is prohibited to have barbecues on the pitches or in any other space on the campsite.
Ball games
Càmping Nàutic L’Ametlla de Mar has a sports and recreational area for playing ball games. In order not to disturb other campers, ball games will not be allowed outside these facilities.
Assistance
Càmping Nàutic L’Ametlla de Mar has a 24-hour security team. The campsite management reserves the right of admission, expulsion and cancellation of all campers who disturb the peace or do not comply with any of the requirements of the regulations.
Rest and silence
Between 15:00 and 16:00, campers must avoid all noise and raised voices, and sound equipment must be regulated so as not to disturb the neighbours. Between midnight and 7:00 an atmosphere of silence must be maintained throughout the campsite.
Swimming pool
The following are the rules for entering the swimming pool area: – You must comply with the orders of the pool staff. – Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult. – Babies must wear waterproof nappies. The following are not permitted in the pool area: – Diving headfirst or standing up disturbing other swimmers. – The use of mats, diving goggles, flippers, balls, water pistols, etc. – Failure to comply with the pool rules will be grounds for expulsion.
Pets
Pets are only allowed in the pitch area. They must always be kept on a leash. Under no circumstances may dogs be left alone on the pitch. Dogs are not allowed on Pixavaques beach. In general, dogs are welcome in any open-air area. For sanitary reasons, dogs are not allowed in the aquatic areas of the swimming pool, the surrounding area and in the children’s recreational or activity areas. They are also allowed on the restaurant terrace. Dangerous breeds, as determined by current regulations, are prohibited throughout the establishment.
Public spaces
Clothing In all our restaurants, shops, service points and reception it is compulsory to wear at least footwear, a T-shirt and underwear and at all times clothes must be dry.
Smoking Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas as long as it is not a nuisance to other guests.
Booking cancellation conditions
– 95% of the amount paid will be refunded for cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date.
– 50% of the amount paid will be refunded for cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date.
– 100% of the amount paid will be forfeited for cancellations made less than 15 days before the arrival date.
– Late arrival or early departure does not entitle to reductions in the total price of the booking or to refunds. Cancellation or non-enjoyment of activities or services in addition to the accommodation, contracted at the time of booking, does not entitle to reductions in the total price or refunds.

Responsibility
Càmping Nàutic L’Ametlla de Mar is not responsible for aspects beyond their control such as:
– Theft, robbery, disappearance of bicycles or other objects outside our campsite.
– Injuries or wounds inside our facilities.
– Damage caused by force majeure or not directly attributable caused by tree resin, ants, rain, wind, floods, etc.
– Electrical appliances that remain plugged in in the absence of the guest.
– Lost items will be kept for 15 days. After this period, the objects will be considered out of the custody of Càmping Nàutic L’Ametlla de Mar.
– The rules of hygiene, education, social coexistence, clothing and respect for people, institutions and customs must be taken into account for the proper use of the different services offered by this establishment, taking into account its family nature.
A holiday at a campsite means being in contact with people of different nationalities, lifestyles, cultures and values, and this should be taken into account when booking your holiday.
