Booking

Payment

To formalise the booking, a payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay must be made. The rest of the amount is to be paid on the day of arrival at the campsite.
The booking is personal and non-transferable.
Once the booking has been made, the price agreed at the time of booking will be maintained.

Cancellation conditions

If cancellation is made more than 7 days before the day of arrival, 100% of the deposit will be refunded. For later cancellations, the deposit previously paid at the time of booking, corresponding to 30% of the total amount of the stay, will not be refunded.

Modifications will only be accepted 7 days before the date of arrival and must be made by email (info@campingnautic.com). Modifications will be accepted depending on feasibility. Outside the established term (7 days), modifications or cancellations will not be considered.

*In the event of not staying for the entire booked stay, the client will not be entitled to a refund for the days not consumed.

In case of delay: the booking will be held until 12.00 noon on the day after the agreed check-in date. After this time limit, the booking will be cancelled and 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.

The accommodation or pitch will be assigned by the booking department according to availability and internal organisation. You can state your preference in the comments section of the booking process.
